Andy founded East Cooper Appraisals, Inc. in 2023 and is currently a Certified and Credentialed Residential Appraiser in Charleston serving the Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester tri-county areas. Andy works with numerous local and national banks, platforms, real estate offices and law firms to provide new purchase, refinance, foreclosure, division of asset, asset planning and discretionary appraisal services.

Embarking his appraisal career in 2015 following a career in Real Estate Agency, Andy gained valuable appraisal experience by completing his 24-month state requisite apprenticeship working alongside industry veterans. Prior to his current role of CEO and founder of East Cooper Appraisals, Andy expanded his portfolio at two high volume firms over the course of several years before making the decision to establish his own firm and office. Andy currently mentors developing appraisers under SC State apprenticeship protocols and procedures, therein assisting others in their formal licensing and entry into the appraisal industry. Andy is a graduate of College of Charleston where he majored in History. Andy holds a Certified appraiser designation from the State of South Carolina and is FHA and USPAP credentialed. Andy remains active in local and regional industry communications, currently serves as an apprenticeship mentor for the State of SC, maintains market knowledge via publications and ongoing communications with members of the SC Mortgage Brokers Association, and regularly pursues continuing education courses offered by Calypso Continuing Education and McKissock Real Estate & Appraisal School.

Andy, his wife Courtney, and sons Maddox and Enzo reside in Folly Beach, SC. Much of the family’s free time is spent outside where the Rossis may be found gardening, swimming or riding beach cruisers around Folly. Andy also enjoys regular golf outings and believes any day on the green, is a good day.
